The Town of Mount Pleasant (Town) is requesting best value Bids from interested and qualified bidders for the installation of new flooring at the Town's RL Jones Recreation Center, located at 391 Egypt Road, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464 in accordance with the requirements and specifications contained herein. Price bid shall include all costs, but not limited to, ordering, delivery, shipping, labor, installation, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, permits, taxes, insurance, hardware, clean-up and any other costs incidental or otherwise for the equipment. Delivery terms shall be F.O.B Destination, freight included and added to invoice. Work consists of installing a new rubberized indoor resilient multipurpose flooring over the current surface to include 4 sets of games lines at the R.L. Jones Center Gym located at the R.L. Jones Center 391 Egypt Road Mount Pleasant, SC 29464 in accordance with the requirements and specifications contained herein. Questions Due Date: May 28th 2024, 12:00 PM EDT Bonding shall be required if the bid amount is $50,000 or over. All work must be completed by 07/07/2024. The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Informal Bid, to accept or reject any or all Bids received as a result of this Invitation, to negotiate with all qualified Bidders and to award or refrain from awarding the project to any Bidders, if it is in the best interest of the Town to do so.
