Redevelopment of community housing on Malaga Rd. Concept Plan for Malaga Road consists of 444 new units in a mix of 2 blocks of 4-storey stacked towns, 2 blocks of 3-storey back-to-back towns & 2, 10-storey mid-rise buildings (mix of affordable & market rate units). TIMELINE: An RFP for design services has been awarded. Official Plan Amendment application will be submitted before the end of 2025. Construction is expected 2028-2032. Updates may be available spring 2026.
