As of 12/1/2023, the City is rejecting all bids. This project will not be re-bid. Estimate: 300,000.00 This project involves the repair of various areas within and around the existing city of Corpus Christi city hall building. The repairs are limited to the designated areas indicated within the construction documents where water infiltration has been noticed. The scope of work includes masonry removal and re-installation, new through-wall flashings, drywall repair, suspended ceiling replacement, and limited site grading. October 25, 2023 by 4:00 PM Requests for Clarification from Bidders are due November 1, 2023 Responses to Requests for Clarification will be posted via Addendum
