Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This project includes one (1) bid set with three (3) Base Bid Contracts for Part I, Part J and Part K. The purpose of this Bid Set is to establish unit rates for residential street improvements. Bidders may opt to bid on only 1 part or all parts. Base Bid I, J, and K includes residential street pavement and utility reconstruction for various locations throughout Corpus Christi. To be awarded multiple contracts, the Bidder must demonstrate that they have the capacity to work on multiple contracts simultaneously. The project will be coordinated and approved by City of Corpus Christi's Engineering Services Department. If necessary, changes may be made to the street locations (e.g., adding or removing streets) to meet the given budget. Base Bid I includes two (2) streets Base Bid J includes seven (7) streets Base Bid K includes six (6) streets The fifteen (15) streets will be reconstructed to include complete removal of 15,822 linear feet of existing pavement (asphalt, base, curb & gutter, driveways, etc.), treating/stabilizing the subgrade, and constructing new components. In addition to pavement improvements, utility improvements such as stormwater, water, and wastewater will be addressed on selected streets.
