Project details: Demo all existing asphalt totaling 37,500 square feet and haul away spoils. Asses the base aggregate condition and adjust if needed for the proper base aggregate material. Smooth and compact aggregate base to obtain grade and compaction requirements to support new asphalt. New asphalt will be 37,500 square feet, two lift of asphalt (one base and one finish cap) providing a 3.25-inch thick finished asphalt mat fully compacted. Restripe all parking lines and handicap markers on the parking area surface.
