Demolition, site work and renovation of a parking garage in Louisville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage; for the demolition of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
The Seelbach Garage Facade Repairs project consists of the following work: 1. Demolition of existing masonry screen and infill walls and steel vehicle barriers at the west elevation and at the west bay of the south elevation. 2. New cast-in place concrete barriers at west elevation. 3. New steel vehicle barriers at bays immediately adjacent to southwest corner. 4. New stainless steel mesh screen panels at bays immediately adjacent to southwest corner. 5. Prepare and coat existing CMU infill walls at elevator/stair tower at northwest corner. 6. Miscellaneous sealant repairs. 7. Unit Price concrete repairs. 8. Cash allowance for required modifications to existing conduit and electrical fixtures. Questions Due Date: Nov 14th 2023, 3:00 PM EST 15% for certified minority owned businesses 5% for certified female owned businesses; and 0.5% for certified handicapped owned businesses.
