Completed plans call for the addition of a 35,000-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

**As of October 25, 2023 project was awarded to Puetz Design Build but awarded amount is not available.** The two-level addition would be approximately 35,000 square feet. The facility will need electrical, heating, cooling, ventilation, sewer, and water to accommodate the following areas: gym, wrestling rooms, restrooms/locker room facilities, athletic office, storage, indoor track. Flooring in the gym will support a variety of extra-curricular activities such as basketball, volleyball, tennis, football, track/field, and storage. Preliminary plans and specifications have been completed for this project by Koch Hazard Architects. It is the responsibility of the firm submitting the proposal to obtain complete information on the project and proposal acceptance criteria.
