A Certified Check or Surety Bond, payable to the City of Wayne, in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Proposal shall be submitted with each bid. No bid may be withdrawn for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. All bids must be submitted on the proposal. *The Wayne City Council reserves the right to accept or reject, completely or in part, any, or all bids and to waive any irregularity in the best interest of the City of Wayne.
