Reference Number 0000332131 The City of Wayne Building & Engineering Department is accepting bids for the removal and replacement of a rooftop at the City of Wayne Historical Museum. These specifications intend to describe the procedures, materials, equipment, labor, supervision, and insurance necessary to complete this project. All of these items along with any other items necessary to accomplish this project must be included in the cost of the proposal. All work must meet the 2015 Michigan Building Code, 2017 NEC and 2015 Michigan Mechanical Code. Job Location 1 Town Square, Wayne, MI 48184 Question Acceptance Deadline 10/17/2023 10:00 AM EDT Questions are submitted online No A Certified Check or Surety Bond, payable to the City of Wayne, in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Proposal shall be submitted with each bid. No bid may be withdrawn for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. All bids must be submitted on the proposal forms provided by the City of Wayne for that purpose. *The Wayne City Council reserves the right to accept or reject, completely or in part, any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in the best interest of the City of Wayne.
