Question Cuttoff Date & Time 11/2/2023 02:00:00 PM (ET) This project will consist of the repairing of a EPDM Roof: The project consists of repairing existing EPDM roof membrane to be weatherproofed to ensure weathertightness for the next 12 months when further improvements will be made. The estimated project period to begin November 7, 2023 and completion on or before November 22, 2023. t is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule. Until the contract is awarded the sole point of contact for this project is Julie Brown (see bid contract information) any and all questions related to this project are to be submitted to Julie Brown through the IONwave Bid system. (See the cut off period for questions) Training is required on Roof from MFG This is project is exempt from state sales tax.
