The City of Conway is soliciting bids for the Conway Fire Department Station 4 Roof. located at 622 Salem Rd Conway, Arkansas 72034. The project generally consists of building and placing a new pitched metal roof over the exiting flat roof. Station 4 is approximately 5100 SF. Build pitched roof structure and new roof on top of the existing roof. o Debris Removal/Disposal - The demolition debris shall be removed and disposed throughout the project and in accordance with state and local requirements. o Landscape - All disturbed areas within the project site shall be restored to its original state. If any part of the landscaping is damaged, contractor is responsible for replacing. o All signage/awnings/gutters should be returned to pre-construction condition and location. o Contractor must keep site clean throughout the project. o Contractor must include in bid and work, all extensions of any existing roof penetrations and ventilations. o 14-guage "Z" Purlins o 12-gauge rafters with 8" channel o 26-gauge PBR panels for walls and roof o 2" vinyl back insulation o 5' overhang doors on Southeast and Northwest corners o Anchor attachments to existing building should be Hilti or equivalent at 4' intervals. o Galvanized Metal Panels o Bid bond and Construction Bond are required, if applicable (see terms and conditions)
