Award: Keltour US Inc. for $97,326.38 Berkeley County is requesting proposals for complete Pump Electrical Control Cabinets capable of replacing existing field Control Cabinet. The new control cabinets will have to meet Berkeley County W&S current specifications. Question Deadline 10/13/2023 at 12:00 PM ET The County reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities, to reject any or all Bids received as a result of this request, or to cancel in part or in its entirety this Proposal, if it is in the best interest of the County to do so Project shall be substantially completed within 140 calendar days of the Countys Notice to Proceed. Final completion shall occur within 150 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. Bids over $100,000.00 shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified cashiers check in an amount equal to 5% of the bid.
