The Workers Compensation Board of Nova Scotia (WCB) invites you (the Contractor) to submit a quotation to provide labor, tools, materials, and equipment to complete the Home Modification as outlined within this quotation at the project location to be fully disclosed upon sign off of a Confidentiality Agreement (Appendix A) due to Privacy requirements of this work. The scope of work includes supply of all labour, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the Home Modification - PROJECT #86. All work is to be completed in accordance with the drawings and specifications in the Request for Quotation (RFQ). The contractor is responsible for all pricing and all other arrangements with all subcontractors as required. 2.1. Scope of Work 1. Supply all labour, tools, materials, and equipment to complete the work as outlined in the quotation documents, drawings and specifications detailed in Appendix C and Stantec Drawings. 2. Contractor will ensure all materials or items with longer lead order time shall be ordered so as not to interfere with the schedule and cause any undue hardship to the homeowner due to non delivery of required materials to complete this project on time. 3. All work to be completed in accordance with applicable codes (e.g. Building Code, Electrical Code, Fire Code, etc.) 4. All measurements to be completed by the Contractor and site verified. 5. All permits required to complete the work as outlined shall be obtained by the Contractor.
