Site work and paving for a road / highway in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Spartanburg County is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for the Stress Absorbing Membrane Program. At a minimum, this work shall include Cement Modified Recycled Base, Surface and Intermediate Asphalt, Storm Pipe and Structure Installation, Curb Replacement, Asphalt Milling, Single Treatment, Striping, Seeding and Restoration. Proposer shall submit with their proposal a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the proposal price. This bond may be in the form of Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bank Money Order of any national or state bank and shall be made payable to Spartanburg County. Proposals submitted without being accompanied by any of the foregoing, as required, shall be considered non-responsive and will be rejected
