Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Stuart, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Scope of work: This project includes the demolition of existing buildings 10 and 24, construction of a new cafeteria building, modifications to existing central plant on the existing Stuart Middle School Campus within the Martin County School District. Owner and / or Construction Manager reserve the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any proposals which are in its best interest. Owner and / or Construction Manager also reserve the right to waive any informalities and technicalities in procedure. The Jessica Lunsford Act security screening and security requirements will be in effect for all workers on site during the entire project duration. All new construction shall be in conformance with the Martin County School District Standards, applicable codes and Authority Having Jurisdiction. This includes the requirements of SREF, the 2020 Florida Building Code Seventh Edition and the Florida Fire Prevention Code.
