The Town Manager invites sealed bids for the following items: Highway Division Installation of Granite Curbing and Sidewalks The Town Manager reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to make an award deemed to be in the best interest of the Town. Contract may be extended at the option of the Town Manager. The Work consists of the installation of granite curbing and concrete and bituminous sidewalks, new and reset granite curbing and drainage adjustments on North Washington St. and Park St. as generally shown on the contract plans and all work incidental thereto, in accordance with the Specifications herein. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to Department of Public Works, 49 Whiting Street, North Attleborough, MA 02760, and to be given consideration must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. Question Deadline 09/28/2023 Work performed under this Contract shall include all necessary construction processes that would be necessary to construct granite curbing in accordance with Town of Needham Standards and Specifications and in compliance with ADA & AAB Regulations. This bid shall include the Contractor providing all labor, material and equipment necessary to construct and install the granite curbing where indicated by the Town.
