ANY BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THE CLOSING DATE &TIME, WILL BE REJECTED & RETURNED BACK TO THEVENDOR UNOPENED. BIDS WILL BE OPENED ATTHE COMMISSIONERS MEETING October 16, 2023; Unless meeting is for some reason canceled, it wasn't put on the agenda or we are closed, then they will remain unopened and will be opened the next meeting. ANY BUILDING OR ROAD CONSTRUCTION PROJECT $50,000 OR MORE REQUIRES A BID BOND OR AN IRREVOCABLE LETTER OF CREDIT FROM THE BANK; IF AWARDED THE BID A PAYMENT BOND, WARRANTY BOND AND PROOF OF INSURANCE WILL BE REQUIRED THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL BIDS, TO WAIVE ANY IRREGULARITIES OR AWARD THE CONTRACT IN THE BEST INTEREST OF GRADY COUNTY, OKLAHOMA
