**As of November 29, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Arizona Housing Development Corporation is seeking proposals from qualified General Contractors for the construction of a remodel to the existing building and the construction of a new building at 433 S. 1st Avenue Yuma AZ 85364. The building to be remodeled is approx. 1,609 Sq Ft and the new building is approx. 1,993 Sq Ft with accompanying site development. Question Deadline 10/18/2023 Questions shall be submitted via email to the office of the Architect up to 7 days prior to the bid date.
