Site work for a water / sewer project in North Ogden, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of removal and replacement ofstorm drain infrastructure and related appurtenances and is generally located along 2100 North and Fruitland Drive. The project has an Engineer's Estimate of $368,900. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. All documents listed in paragraph 7.01 of the Bid Form must be submitted. No pre-bid conference will be held. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Jones & Associates Consulting Engineers, 6080 Fashion Point Drive, South Ogden, Utah, (801) 476-9767. Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Shane Taggart, shane@jonescivil.com no later than 5:00 pm on September 26, 2023.
