Renovation of a water / sewer project in Dowagiac, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This Contract consists of work to upgrade and expand the onsite wastewater treatment system. One single prime general contract is to be awarded for all work. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. The use of local contractors and labor is encouraged. Preference for employment and contracting will be provided to Band Citizens and Contractors. No bid bond will be required for this project. No Performance and Labor and Materials bond will be required for this project.
