A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held at Holden Beach Town Hall, 110 Rothschild St., Holden Beach, NC 28462, at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, November 14, 2023. The mandatory pre-bid conference is required for anyone that did not attend the initial pre-bid meeting on October 3, 2023.
