As of December 13, 2023 the project is on hold, no definite date for the rebid. Holden Beach Pier project is currently on hold. Sealed proposals will be received by the Town of Holden Beach until 2:00 pm on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for the Holden Beach Pier Repair and Renovation Project at Holden Beach Town Hall, 110 Rothschild St., Holden Beach, NC 28462. A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held at Holden Beach Town Hall, 110 Rothschild St., Holden Beach, NC 28462, at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, November 14, 2023. The mandatory pre-bid conference is required for anyone that did not attend the initial pre-bid meeting on October 3, 2023. Complete plans and specifications for this project can be obtained by contacting Bowman Murray Hemingway Architects, 514 Market Street, Wilmington, NC 28401, (910) 762-2621 or bowers@bmharch.com, during normal office hours starting Monday, October 23, 2023. Plan Deposit is $100.00. Electronic copies of plans and specifications will be distributed in PDF format at no cost. Plans and specifications will be available starting October 23, 2023.
