Work under Contract 2023-03 covers the furnishing of all labor, material, utilities, and services required for the roadway preparation and paving with 170 linear feet of asphalt curb overlay of approximately 2,044 SY along Davis Avenue within Stowe Township, Allegheny County. A certified check payable to Stowe Township or a bid bond on the bid form executed by the Bidder and a surety company approved by the OWNER, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of bid, must be submitted with each bid or bids will be considered nonresponsive and immediately rejected. SUCCESSFUL BIDDING BIDDER awarded this contract shall provide a performance surety in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. All bids submitted must have the contractor's valid pre-qualification certification attached or it will be rejected. plans and specifications are on file for review at the north Accu-Copy Reprographics location.
