Project: Montour School District Birko Stadium Paving The Montour Birko Stadium Paving Project Involves The Milling And Paving Of The Access Road And Parking Lot Behind The Stadium Press Box. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates Are Required To Be Paid On This Project. Proposals Must Be Accompanied By A Certified Check Or Bidder's Bond Made To The Order Of Montour School District, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania In An Amount Equal To Ten Percent (10%) Of The Total Amount Of The Proposal. Proposals Shall Remain Firm For A Period Of One-hundred Eighty (180) Days. The School District Reserves The Right To Reject Any Or All Proposals, Or Any Part Thereof, For Any Reason, And Also Reserves The Right To Waive Any Informality Therein.
