INTRODUCTION The Sto-Rox School District is a public school district located in McKees Rocks, PA. The School District is four (4) square miles and has three (3) buildings. The K-12 enrollment is around 1000 students. School District Response to Questions: June 12, 2024. Any questions regarding the RFP shall be submitted by email to Ms. Martha Hoover, Office of the Superintendent at email address mhoover@srsd.k12.pa.us. The deadline for the submission of questions is June 10, 2024 at 4 P.M Local Time. The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals for security cameras at three (3) educational buildings within the Sto Rox School District. The School District desires a new camera system to support a safe and secure environment at its three facilities. The locations are as follows: 1. Sto-Rox Primary Center 300 Ewing Rd. McKees Rocks, PA 15136 2. Sto-Rox Upper Elementary 298 Ewing Rd. McKees Rocks, PA 15136 3. Sto-Rox High School 1105 Valley St. McKees Rocks, PA 15136 REJECTION OF PROPOSALS. The Sto-Rox School District reserves the right to reject at any time any and all proposals received or to negotiate separately with any and all competing contractors. Non-responsive bids (those not conforming to RFP requirements) will be eliminated. Each Vendor bears sole responsibility for the items included or not included in the response submitted. The School District reserves the right to disqualify any bid that includes significant deviations or exceptions to the terms, conditions and/or specifications in this RFP. The School District reserves the right to be the sole judge as to the overall acceptability of any proposal or to judge the individual merits of specific provisions within competing offers.
