This Contract is for complete grounds and irrigation maintenance work at the DISTRICT’S landscaped sites as set forth in these Specifications. Work includes the furnishing of all supervision, labor, tools, appropriate specialized equipment, materials, work and pesticide application records, transportation, and proper debris disposal necessary to perform all work as specified and to maintain all properties in a safe, presentable, and healthy condition. Work under this contract is categorized as Routine Landscape Maintenance and Scheduled Maintenance. The DISTRICT reserves the right to have work performed at these sites either by its own staff or by other CONTRACTOR’S CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS CONTRACTORS who have recently had landscape contracts terminated by the DISTRICT for poor performance shall not be eligible to bid on this RFP for a period of three (3) years from receipt of termination letter All requests for clarification or additional information regarding this RFP must be submitted to the District via e-mail to bids@snopud.com. The District will not guarantee responses to questions received via other forms of communication (phone, voicemail, text, IM, etc.). Do not submit questions via Public Purchase The District cannot guarantee internet access. It is strongly recommended that you respond 24 hours prior to the bid closing date and time for submittal. The District is unable to verify if a bid has been successfully uploaded in Public Purchase. The Public Purchase system places all submissions into a virtual lock box where they cannot be viewed by the District until after the due date and time. Bidders can check their submission by returning to the home page of Public Purchase. The bid will be shown in the “Bids Responding To” section. DO NOT EMAIL A COPY OF YOUR BID TO THE DISTRICT. The Public Purchase website will not allow bids to be uploaded after the due date and time established. Bidders accept all risks for uploading their quotation by the established due date and time. If a Bidder uploads a file to Public Purchase, it is the Bidder’s responsibility to ensure the file is not corrupt or damaged. If the District is unable to open an attachment because it is damaged, corrupt, infected, etc., the District may disqualify the Bidder’s submission Bids will only be opened at a teleconference on the date and at the hour stated above.
