Renovation of a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a day care center; and educational facility.
Scopes: Masonry, Structural Steel, Steel Decking, Metal Fabrication, AVB, Composite Panels, Preformed Metal Panels, Mod-Bit Roofing, Spray Fireproofing, Firestoppping, HM Doors, Wood Doors, Fibreglass Windows, Skylights, Glazing, ADOs, Drywall, Folding Panel Partitions, Sprinklers, Mechanical and Electrical. The contractor has pre-qualified the following scopes of work: Masonry; Millwork; Drywall; Fire Protection; Structural Steel; Roofing; Mechanical; and Electrical. Qualification for any of the scopes of work listed above require the subcontractor to have previously submitted a prequalification response to the Contractor on or prior to June 23, 2023. All Bidders will be required to provide a $5,000,000 General Liability Coverage with bid submission Deadline for RFIs is Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at 4:30 PM CST.
