The R.M. of Sutton No. 103 is accepting sealed tenders for the excavation, crushing, and screening of approximately 25,000 cubic yards of 5/8" road gravel. Product is to be crushed and stockpiled at pits leased by the municipality, located at E 1/2 13-11-2-W3. Please used the attached Tender Document to provide: 1 The price per cubic yard of crushed gravel for each quantity 2 Any and all applicable surcharges and fees 3 A list of machinery and equipment to be used for the completion of the job 4 The latest date by which the crush will be completed Do not include GST in the price. Except for GST, the price must encompass all costs the RM will be charged for completion of the work. Please also include a Letter of Good Standing from Saskatchewan Workers' Compensation Board, proof of current liability insurance, and two references. The successful bidder shall be responsible for providing all supervision, labour, tools, and equipment to perform the work required. It is the contractor's responsibility to inspect the site conditions and determine what is necessary to perform the job as required. Measurement and payment of the project shall be based on the contractor's volume report, which will be verified by the Council of the R.M. of Sutton No. 103. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. The municipality reserves the right to reject any and all tenders. The municipality reserves the right to consider tenders with minor omissions provided that the bidder, if awarded the tender, can rectify the omission within 5 business days of the tender being awarded.
