WW-VA Gore Rail, Ties, Surface - A Rail, Tie, And Surfacing Project BD change from 10/20/2023 to 10/27/2023 .SD change from 10/24/2023 to 10/30/2023 Scope includes rail replacement, railroad tie replacement, ballast distribution, surface alignment and dress, all material for project including rail, ties, ballast, and other track material, and other miscellaneous improvements as described in the bid documents. The projects are being funded in part by a grant from State of Virginia Department of Rail & Public Transportation in conjunction with private funding from the WW. The projects, including the contracting and procurement process, are subject to applicable state regulations. The WW encourages participation from Small, Women, and Minority owned businesses in this project. SWAMs are encouraged to bid on this project and will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids.
