Bidders will submit a proposal guaranty in the form of a proposal bond, in the amount of not less than five (5) percent of the bid sum. The proposal guaranty shall be made payable to University Park Airport. If the selected contractor fails to provide the required materials and/or execute the contract within Fifteen (15) calendar days after being furnished with the necessary purchase order, the proposal guaranty will be forfeited to Penn State University.
