Your firm, among others, is invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to the City of Broken Arrow Engineering and Construction Department to provide Professional Consulting Services for the above referenced project. The project scope entails the preparation of project descriptions, scope, cost estimating, and forecasting from design through construction, including inflation, for a projected 10-year bond program. Greater consideration will be given to films with extensive design and construction experience. The City of Broken Arrow reserves the sole right to evaluate the submittal, waive any irregularities therein, select candidates for submittal of proposals and/or interviews, or reject any and all firms that submitted should it be deemed for its best interest. Week of October 23rd, 2023 : Conduct interviews. Interviews will be scheduled with no less than three (3) of the top scoring consultants and conducted these weeks. Week of October 30th. 2023 : Negotiate with selected consultant. Negotiate scope, schedule, and fee with top scoring consultant from the interviews. Should this negotiation be unsuccessful, negotiations will be undertaken with the next consultant in succession December 5th, 2023 : Consideration to Award Professional Services Agreement- City of Broken Arrow. By December 19th, 2023 : All firms are notified The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
