Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project includes placement of approximately 1840 linear feet of a new waterline which will take the place of other smaller waterlines for improved functionality. The project also includes abandoning in place or plugging older waterlines, several service line taps, placement of fire hydrants and water meters, as well as driveway and sidewalk cut and repairs. Site Directions: Freeport Street From Birch Avenue to Main Street and Main Street From Elgin Street to Midway Avenue As a Proposal Guarantee, a certified check, cashier s check, bid bond or irrevocable letter of credit issued by an insured financial institution as required by law must accompany each Proposal for an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid made payable, without reserve, to the City of Broken Arrow. The successful Bidder must, within ten (10) days after receiving notice of award, furnish a Performance Bond, Statutory Bond and Maintenance Bond in the forms prescribed by City of Broken Arrow in the amounts equal to the Contract price.
