Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
This project is for the construction drawing for Fire Station #8 in Broken Arrow. Along with assistance during construction, and record drawings. The new Fire Station #8 will be located on the south side of E Omaha Street (E 51st Street) on the property west of the Broken Arrow Animal Shelter (4121 E Omaha Street, Broken Arrow, OK 74014). Proposed Scope of Services and Project Deliverables: The awarded firm will be responsible for the preparation of architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans for construction of New Fire Station #8 in Broken Arrow. Along with assistance during construction, and record drawings. The awarded team will be required to have experience in Facilities Design in Oklahoma. Deliverables include programming report, topographic survey, preliminary and final design submittals, assistance during construction, and record drawings. 6. Scoring Method: Project award shall be based on Statement of Qualifications. Scoring will be based as follows: o Team experience with commercial office design 35 points o Verifiable references 10 points o Team organization and resume 25 points o Description of 5 local or regional projects of similar scope 30 points
