Provide Galvanized Steel Beams South Hill Bridge Crew The Contractor shall furnish and deliver sixteen (16) hot-dipped galvanized structural steel Beams. No fabrication required. (8) Eight W12 x 40 x 15'ft.-11"in. long (8) Eight W16 x 40 x 26' ft. long Unit price shall include delivery Beams shall meet ASTM A709 Grade 50 steel in accordance with VDOT Road and Bridge specifications 2020 section 226.02. All rolled beams shall be ASTM A992 with supplemental Test S5 for charpy V-Notch impact testing. Testing values shall meet the requirements given in ASTM A709 for Zone 2. All fabricators shall be American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) certified. Delivery shall be Monday through Thursday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. with 24-hour notice prior to delivery. Delivery notification shall be made to Brad Rogers (804) 621-6032 or Kenneth Gee (804) 892-4159. All Materials shall be delivered by November 14, 2023
