This item shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, and incidentals, and placing a protective covering of erosion resistant material where shown on the plans for slope or ditch protection. This work shall be in accordance with these specifications and in reasonably close conformity with the lines, grades and dimensions shown on the plans or established, and other work incidental to a complete job in accordance with these specifications, the contract drawings, and directions of the Engineer. The Bidder may submit a Bid Bond by a Surety licensed in Mississippi in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid. The Pat Harrison Waterway District reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids.
