Description: The Town of Bluffton is soliciting competitive sealed bids from experienced and qualified Offerors to provide construction of 217 linear feet of cable rail handrail and 157 linear feet of handrail only on an existing boardwalk. The boardwalk is located in the Buck Island Road right-of-way 2/10 of a mile north of the intersection with Kitty Road. The Town reserves the right to reject all bids if such bids exceed available funds. Bid Security, made payable to the Town, shall be in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Base Bid No Payment Bond or Performance Bond is required for this opportunity. Question Deadline 09/27/2023 at 2:00 PM ET No Payment Bond or Performance Bond is required for this opportunity. There is no Liquidated Damages provision in the contract for this opportunity.
