Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Manchester, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Scope of Work consists of the removal and replacement of La Bonne Parkway from Big Bend Road to Carman Road with concrete pavement and new concrete curb and gutter. Sidewalk will be reconstructed and existing curb ramps will be replaced in order to bring them into ADA compliance. Striping, traffic control, and other items shall be included as shown in the plans. All bidder questions must be received by 5:00 p.m. Thursday October 12, 2023 Any questions received after this time cannot be answered. Addenda will only be sent to plan holder and plan rooms. All questions concerning the bid document preparation can be directed to the Director of Public Works Errol Tate at 636-227-1385, ext. 154.
