**As of April 3, 2024, project will rebid. No definite date for the rebid.** The contract work shall consist of the purchase of playground structures, shade structures, and surfacing for roughly 30,000 square ft of the Schroeder Park Playground. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive informalities in bidding, and to accept the bid most advantageous to the City. The City of Manchester hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, business owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, religion, creed, sex, age, ancestry or national origin in consideration for an award. Federal Land and Water Conservation Funds are being used in this project, and all relevant federal, state, and local requirements apply. The City of Manchester is working to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act mandates.
