Site work for a civil project in New Castle, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work The installation of approximately 14,000 linear feet of 6-inch force main, submersible lift station and necessary appurtenances for a complete installation of the project. Bidding Documents may be downloaded/ ordered from the Issuing Office. All qualified BIDDERS must purchase a set of Bidding Documents and listed as a plan holder by Issuing Office, Lynn Imaging. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the OWNER: CU Office, 900 Clay Street, Carrollton, KY 41008 on Monday through Friday between the hours of 9.00 am to 3:00 pm (local time); and the office of the ENGINEER, Bluegrass Engineering, PLLC, 222 East Main Street, Suite 1, Georgetown, Kentucky 40324, on Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (local time). Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. A pre-bid conference for the Project will not be held. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, No BIDDER may withdraw their bid within 90 days after the date of the bid opening. All bidders shall submit forms contained in section 004XXX with bids at time of bid opening. All documentation regarding DBE solicitation (Advertisement phone call log, etc.) shall be included with bids at the time of bid opening. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all bids. The award of the project will be to the low, best, responsive, responsible BIDDER. BIDDER shall make positive efforts to use small, minority, women owned and disadvantage businesses. Small and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to bid on this project. Carrollton Utilities is an Equal Opportunity Employer. This project will be partially funded with Federal funds from the United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration and therefore is subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with that program. The remainder of project funds may be provided by CDBG and/or local funds. Bidder must comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Contract Work Hours Standard Act, President's Executive Order No. 11246, and 41 CFR 60- 4, as may be amended. This procurement will be subject to DOW Procurement Guidance including Davis-Bacon Act.
