Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in New Castle, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Decisions and Clarifications discussed at this meeting will be incorporated into the bid documents by an addendum issued no later than Three (3) days prior to bidding. Only items issued in writing via addendum shall be binding for bidding purposes, regardless of discussions, questions, answers, etc. issued verbally. All questions are to be submitted in writing to Brandon Boyer bboyer@wehrconstructors.com or Justin Van Zile JVanzile@wehrconstructors.com no later than Thursday April 11 at 12:00 noon. SCOPE: The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, transportation, and supervision for site work on Henry County Schools Central Office New Castle, Kentucky. The work shall include, but is not limited to: clearing & grubbing, earthwork, excavation, install storm drainage pipe and structures, install concrete sidewalk and curb & gutter, install potable and fire protection water line, install ofsanitary sewer lines and structures, place crushed stone base and asphalt pavement for parking and driving lanes, install pavement markings & signage. Throughout these specifications, Henry County Board of Education. Any additional questions are due by April 16th at 2:00pm.
