SCOPE OF CONTRACT: This is a firm-fixed price, estimated quantity contract calling for delivery of the products and services required. Upon acceptance of a bid by Travis County Commissioners and issuance of a Contract Award by the Travis County Purchasing Agent, Bidder shall be obligated to deliver the products and services at the stated prices, within the time specified, and in accordance with all Terms and Condition, and General Provisions contained therein. Q & A deadline: Sep 29, 2023 2:00:00 PM EDT The contract term shall be for a one (1) year period commencing upon award by the Travis County Commissioners Court or November 1, 2023, whichever is later. A Bid Bond is Required, Bidder Must Submit a Bid Bond Equal to 5% of Its Bid When Bidder Submits Its Bid. The Bid Bond May Be Submitted in Any of the Following Forms: 1) a Surety Bid Bond Executed With a Surety Company Authorized to Do Business in Texas, 2) a Cashiers Check Made Payable to Travis County. Travis County returns Bid Bonds no later than 10 days after the later of contract award or the successful Bidder providing a Performance Bond, if required.
