The University of Texas at Austin (Owner) is soliciting proposals (Proposals) for the selection of a Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMR) for Campus This project will consist of a new, approximately 450,000 Gross Square Foot (GSF) Red McCombs School of Business New Building (USB) with approximately 55,000 GSF of replacement parking, and completion of the utility loop and installation of all necessary utilities to support this building. Deadline for Questions from Respondents October 4, 2023, by 12:00 p.m., C.D.T. Answers to Respondent Questions October 10, 2023, by 5:00 p.m., C.D.T.
