Reference Number 0000330760 The Town ofGuilderland ("Town") is seeking proposals for the preperation and painting ofthe exterior surfaces oftwo historical houses: the Mynderse-Frederick House, located at 451 State Route 146, Guilderland Center NY 12085, and the Schoolcraft House, located at 2299 Western Avenue, Guilderland NY 12084. The Mynderse-Frederick House and the Schoolcraft House are historically significant properties that require restoration and preservation to maintain their aesthetic appeal and protect them from weathering and decay. The exterior of these houses needs to be thoroughly prepared and painted. This Request for Proposal (RFP) aims to solicit competitive bids from qualified contractors who possess the necessary expertise, resources, and experience to complete the project successfully.
