King County DNRP seeks a vendor to provide Stormwater Vault and Drainage Maintenance Services. The annual value of the Contract is approximately $30,000.00. King County will not be limited, restricted or bound by this dollar value, nor shall the County be obligated to purchase any items contained in this ITB. The term of the Contract will be five (5) years, subject to the termination clauses contained herein. King County reserves the right to extend the Contract term if determined to be in the best interest of the County.
