Question Deadline 10/11/2023 at 10:00 AM MT This project includes the installation of a proposed sidewalk connection through ACHD property in the ROW of Harding Street between W Holmes Street and W Irving Street. Between West Irving St and West Holmes St Boise Idaho The City of Boise reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any irregularities in the Bids received and to accept the bid(s) that are in the best interest of the City. Boise City is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The City of Boise is exempt from Federal and State taxes and will execute the required exemption certificates. A Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check, or cash in the amount of Five Percent (5%) of the amount of the bid is required.
