The County is seeking bids from qualified Vendors to purchase Aluminized Pipe and Bands in accordance with the terms and conditions and specifications set forth in this solicitation. Wicomico County is seeking bids from qualified Vendors for the purchase of Aluminized Pipe and Bands, in conformity with the requirements contained herein Bid Documents. Vendors are responsible for checking this website for addenda prior to submitting their bids. Wicomico County is not responsible for the content of any Bid Document received through any third party bid service. It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to ensure the completeness and accuracy of their Completed Bid Documents. The last day for questions is noon on Thursday, October 5, 2023. Late Bid Documents will not be accepted. Minority vendors are encouraged to compete for award of the solicitation Questions must be addressed in writing to Wicomico County Purchasing at purchasing@wicomicocounty.org. Contract pricing will be valid for the term of one (1) year, starting from the issuance date of a Purchase Order ("Contract Period"). 2. Pricing must include all labor, shipping, materials, tools, and equipment to perform Work. 3. Pricing will not change during the Contract Period.
