Sweep and wet mop tile floors, including baseboards of walls; spray buff as needed. Dust all desks, bookcases, tables, file cabinets and interior window sills. Empty wastebaskets and all trash cans; vendor to supply cleaning supplies and trash bags (trash to be put in utilities dumpster). Remove cob webs from any adjoining wall edges or corners Vacuum or broom sweep floors where applicable. Spot clean small carpet stains. Clean bathrooms. Disinfect toilets & sinks. Spot clean reception area glass and any door glass. Remove dust and cobwebs from ceiling as needed. Question Deadline 10/11/2023 at 12:00 PM ET The initial contract period will be for twelve (12) months. Anticipated start date is December 1, 2023. The City reserves the right to extend this Contract for three (3) one- year terms, if the performance is satisfactory, and if such extension is agreeable to the Vendor, and is in the City s best interest.
