Site work for a civil project in North Liberty, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of the construction of gravity sanitary sewer, sanitary sewer force main, lift stations, water main, and water pump stations, along State Road 4, from the Town of North Liberty to Potato Creek State Park, and within Potato Creek State Park. The bidder awarded the contract will be required to furnish a separate Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price before commencing work. The Performance Bond and Payment Bond shall remain in effect throughout the entire construction period. In addition a Warranty Bond in the amount of ten (10%) will be required for a period of three (3) years prior to the final acceptance by the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informality in bidding or to accept the bid, consistent with law, which best serves the interest of the Owner. Bids shall be properly and completely executed on bid proposal form provided, accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Owner in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid.
