Ulster County is soliciting sealed bids for a bridge rehabilitation construction project on Leggs Mills Road, County Road 31, in the Town of Ulster. Work includes the replacement of the concrete bridge deck, localized steel painting and substructure repairs. An off- detour will be utilized during construction of this project. The procurement is being done by the Department of Public Works.
