Construction/notice to proceed shall begin promptly after the contract is awarded with an anticipated completion date to be no later than 01/31/2024. Burke County is seeking the services of a qualified General Contractors to help complete/deliver the partially constructed project known as the Jonas Ridge Convenience Site. This project is partially complete with some aspects of the project completed to plan and some components still to be constructed. This project will be handed off to the selected GC to complete all aspects of the design drawings/specifications. This will require working with Burke County staff to coordinate areas where components of the plan are complete, where construction drawings are in place, but work is still needed and finally determine components that need final design and construction.
